Deposits
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of your reservation.
Delivery, Set-up & Pick-up
All delivery fees are based on time, mileage and labor.
Our fees include tent and dance floor setups based on mileage and labor costs.
Tables and chairs will be stacked at your site; setup for table and chairs will be an extra charge per hour.

We will stack your equipment where our vehicles can park,
and we will pick it up from the same location after your event.
If you require us to carry items to your event site, this must be indicated at the time of reservation
and additional labor charges will apply.
Cleaning
Please do not use staples, tacks or duct tape on our tables, chairs, tents, poles or tent sides.
Payment
We accept checks, cash and credit cards. A 3% fee will be added for final payment with credit card.
