Tent Sides

We offer elegant white double cathedral windowed 20ft or 30ft sides installed by our trained staff at the time of delivery. Cover as many tent sides as you desire, flexible up to the event week within our stock availability.

Tent sides are not automatically included in the tent rentals, but are available to rent in addition to your tent. We suggest covering up to three sides of the tent for optimal wind block and air flow; any further coverage may lead to air flow and moisture issues.

Tent Lights

We offer large bright white globe lighting that is either hung inside of or around the perimeter of the tent depending on the tent size. Lighting is installed by our trained staff at the time of delivery.

Tent Lights are not automatically included with tent rentals, but are available to rent in addition to your tent. Our globe lights offer more than adequate lighting after dark, no additional lighting is typically needed (however you are always welcome to add more).

Sound Equipment

We offer rockin’ battery-powered PA speaker systems that come complete with:

  • Bluetooth PA system with wireless capabilities

  • Speaker(s) reaching 500+ guests

  • Speaker(s) fully charged, lasting 6-8 hours

  • Microphone and stand

  • A hands-on tutorial session by our staff at the time of delivery

    Please note: All sound equipment is required to stay out of the elements when not in use and/or during any inclement weather.

Set-up & Teardown Service

Ask about set-up and takedown of tables and chairs so the only thing you have to worry about is

having a good time and enjoying your event!

Tables and chairs are delivered in neat stacks. Table and chair setup and teardown is not automatically included with table and chair rentals but available for an additional fee.
